Our Story

Maple Street Management was formed in December of 1999. Our early mottos were “treat each client as if they were our only client,” and “do the work you love with people you enjoy.” Woman and family owned, MSM has always strived to keep those ideas close to our work. 

Our Staff

Debra S. Even

President

Debbie has over 35 years of management, marketing, and administrative experience, with the last nineteen years devoted to associations. She is responsible for the accounting functions of our clients including accounts payables and receivables, invoicing, and preparation of monthly financial reports to our clients. She also oversees the day-to-day functions of all clients, maintains all databases, and job postings for clients. As the owner/operator, she also oversees the staff and runs the business end of MSM.

Heather N. Even, CMP, MA

Vice President, Events and Communication

Heather is a graduate from Biola University earning a bachelor’s degree in English, a minor in Biblical Studies, and her single subject teaching credential for secondary education. In 2011, she attained a master’s degree in English from California State University, Long Beach. She also has a certification in Meeting & Event Planning from California State University, Fullerton. Her role at MSM as Vice President is to work closely with the clients on all aspects of events from early planning stages to execution of the event. She also works in tandem with the communications committees on the website and electronic newsletters. Heather is a past president of Meeting Professionals International, Orange County Chapter. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). She is a member of Meeting Professionals International, Orange County and California Society for Associate Executives. 

Sandra Even, CMP, CAE

MSM Team Member Emeritus

Sandra has worked in the hospitality industry since 1988 gaining expertise in a variety of specialties related to the profession. She also has a long and successful track record in association management. A national speaker in the field on special event planning and association management, Sandra has also taught at both CSUF and Rancho Santiago Community College on professional meeting planning. Sandra has achieved the designation of Certified Meeting Professional conferred by the Convention Liaison Council and she received her Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives. A visionary, committed to offering custom-tailored service to every client, Sandra continues as our resident mentor.
