Our Staff

Debra S. Even
President

Debbie has over 30 years of management, marketing and administrative experience, with the last ten years devoted to associations. She is responsible for the accounting functions for our clients including accounts payables and receivables, invoicing, and the preparation of monthly financial reports to our clients. As the owner/operator, she also oversees a staff of three employees and runs the business end of MSM.

Heather Nichole Even, MA
VP Client Relations

Heather is a graduate from Biola University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English and her single subject teaching credential for secondary education. She has also recently graduated from California State University, Long Beach where she has earned her Master’s Degree in English. She is the Kaiser Permanente Nurse Anesthetist Association Account Manager. She also assists MSM by providing data management support to our account executives as well as varied office duties. She works closely with the communications committees for both KPNAA and AFP-GLAC—editing announcements, newsletters, and meeting notices. Heather also attends client meetings and assists with on-site registration. She is currently looking into becoming a Certified Meeting Professional.

Sandra Even, CMP, CAE
MSM Team Member Emeritus

Sandra has worked in the hospitality industry since 1988 gaining expertise in a variety of specialties related to the profession. She also has a long and highly successful track record in association management. A national speaker in the field on special event planning and association management, Sandra has also taught at both CSUF and Rancho Santiago Community College on professional meeting planning. Sandra has achieved the designation of Certified Meeting Professional conferred by the Convention Liaison Council and she received her Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives. A visionary, committed to offering custom-tailored service to every client, Sandra continues as our resident mentor.
